If you subscribe, we use your email address to send Carson Daly Racing news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email, where available, or by contacting us through the website.
Newsletter signups submitted through Fluent Forms are stored in the website’s WordPress system. If a separate mailing-list service is connected, your email address and subscription preference may also be sent to that service so it can manage the mailing list and send updates.
Who we share information with
We may share relevant information with service providers who help us operate the website and respond to you. These may include website hosting, form processing, email delivery, security and mailing-list services. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Some pages may link to or include third-party content, such as YouTube videos or social media services. If you follow those links or interact with embedded content, those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if required or authorised by law, or when necessary to protect the website, our rights or another person’s safety. We do not sell personal information.
Some service providers may store or process information outside New Zealand.
Storage, security and retention
Form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress/Fluent Forms system and may be sent to the relevant Carson Daly Racing contact so they can respond. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, to respond to you, or to meet legal requirements. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, unless we need to retain a limited record of your request.
Your privacy rights
The New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 gives you the right to ask for access to personal information we hold about you and to request that it be corrected. To make a request, contact us through the Contact page and include “Privacy request” in your message. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to support website functions, security or analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended if you block them.
Embedded content, such as a YouTube video, may send technical information to the provider when it loads or when you interact with it. The provider’s own privacy policy applies to that content.
